Consultations:
Just like a normal consultation we will look into your past and current health. We will discuss a diet plan, herbs that may benefit you whilst preparing for pregnancy and to support you during and after pregnancy. Physically and emotional health are taken into account.

Pregnancy Massage
Oil massage for mothers-to-be. Relax and unwind with a gentle massage relieving tension in lower back, neck, shoulders and achy legs.
Mama Abhyanga
Postnatal massage
Gentle massage for new mums includes a firming abdominal massage and relaxing neck and shoulder treatment.
Yoga
Pregnancy yoga creates strength, balance and flexibility as well as relaxation. Yoga also prepares to mother-to-be for birth and postnatal recovery.
Postnatal yoga is a safe way to get back into shape, find core strength and relaxation. Creates moments of ‘me-time’ during this change to motherhood. Postnatal Yoga can be enjoyed with or without your baby.
