Postnatal Yoga is for mums and babies (6 weeks after birth/8 if c-section - please check that you are healed and ready to go with your GP) until crawling. The class will run continuously but will be booked monthly. March payment is £50 for 5 classes. To be paid by Paypal , cash or cheque before the start of the class. Or pay £12 for drop in.
